Welcome everyone to our small community of people that enjoy meeting on Thursday and Saturdays to practice Restorative Yoga.
Our classes are intentionally small which helps me focus on everyone and their individual needs. Have a injury, back ache, neck issue or anything else, let me know and I can help you with variations in the poses.
The style of yoga practiced is one of reducing stress, restoring energy and relaxing your nervous system. I feel that it is vital today in our ever changing world to take time out for yourself and balance out the busy in your life.
