Restorative yoga offers many benefits including the chance to relax from the constant external busy that we all face in our lives. A great option for people new to yoga or with injuries or other concerns.
My yoga is based on gentle principles and include poses that are available to everyone. The Restorative yoga style I use also includes modifications, use of blocks and straps (and bolsters if available) My philosophy is that yoga is the tool for destressing and helping with injuries, improving flexibility and more.
