Can't make it to an early yoga class, then join us on Thursday evening for a gentle restorative session. A great way to end your week and take time for yourself.
Classes are small, to help us get to know you and all props are supplied, including bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. (due to COVID19 everyone brings their own supplies)
Please note that a yoga mat is needed for class. All poses are done on the floor with no standing poses.
PARKING - street parking available in front of studio or on Marion Street.
Bus would be 19 and stops on Marion Street.

Join us on Saturday morning for Restorative yoga in a community setting. Classes run on a monthly basis except for long weekends where the centre is not open. This is a great class for people new to yoga and is open to all levels.
*due to COVID19 all students must bring their own mats, yoga straps and blocks.
Please note that all poses are done on the floor, with no standing poses.

1. What if I have an injury? Your particular situation will be discussed privately by email or phone. All information remains confidential and is not shared with anyone.
2. Do I have to have yoga experience? No, all levels welcomed, including beginners.
3. Do I need a doctors clearance? A doctors clearance is only needed in certain circumstance.
4. Do I need a yoga mat? Yes, most equipment is supplied.
Restorative yoga offers many benefits including the chance to relax from the constant external busy that we all face in our lives. A great option for people new to yoga or with injuries or other concerns.

Want to make your weekend special? Then join me for a Saturday morning Restorative yoga class that makes your morning bright and takes away the stress of the work week. This class only has poses done on the floor in a Restorative yoga style. Open to beginners and all levels.
Imagine a Sunday afternoon break, where you do nothing, and lie in gentle restorative yoga poses that help you relax, renew and restore for the week ahead. All poses are done on the floor utilizing bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets. Please join me in this wonderful session.

My yoga is based on gentle principles and include poses that are available to everyone. The Restorative yoga style I use also includes modifications, use of blocks and straps (and bolsters if available) My philosophy is that yoga is the tool for destressing and helping with injuries, improving flexibility and more.
