I am delighted that you stopped to visit my site. My speciality is making sure that your yoga class is tailored to your unique needs and is safe and accessible. I bring extensive experience and background to my classes and really enjoying teaching and helping others.
I have been teaching fitness since 1984 and Yoga since 2007 and bring a wealth of experience, education, and expertise. I really value viewing exercises and poses differently, and strongly believe in modifications and variations, as we are all unique and exercises and yoga poses can all be different for every individual.
